Integrations
Lexboard connects to accounts your firm already owns and pays for. Everything on this page works in production today — there is no roadmap column, and no vendor is named before the connection exists.
Conn. 01
Email · two-way
Connect the firm's own mailbox by OAuth. Inbound mail files to the case it belongs to, replies go out from your address, and the whole thread stays on the record. Push-based — new mail lands in seconds, not on a polling schedule.
Conn. 02
Email · two-way
The same two-way surface over Microsoft Graph, for firms on Outlook. Mixed shops run both; each user connects the mailbox they actually use.
Conn. 03
Calls · SMS · Fax
Calls log to the case, with recordings stored for playback — audio is never sent to an AI. Two-way SMS carries automatic STOP suppression on every sender. Outbound fax goes from the case file. Voicemail transcripts come from RingCentral's own service.
Conn. 04
Documents
A per-case folder mirror for the partner who lives in Drive. Case documents mirror into a Drive folder scoped to the matter; the case file remains the system of record.
Conn. 05
Accounting export
One direction, by design: case costs and disbursement lines push to QuickBooks Online as journal entries, and every export is logged so nothing posts twice. Your books stay in QuickBooks; the case record stays here.
Conn. 06
Your subscription
Listed for one reason: Stripe is how your firm pays for Lexboard. It is not a rail for anything else — Lexboard does not process, hold, or route client, settlement, or trust funds.
Opt-in
Every connection is made by a firm admin, to your firm's own accounts. Nothing is connected by default.
Encrypted
Integration credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Disconnect any connection at any time.
Fail-soft
A connection that fails degrades gracefully and never blocks casework. You see an inline reason, not a stack trace.
Signature envelopes, signer disclosures, the timestamped event history, and the executed PDF are all produced inside Lexboard. Engagement letters, releases, and authorizations go out for signature without a third-party e-sign subscription and without per-envelope fees.
Tell us what your firm runs on. When three firms ask for the same connector, we build it. What we will not do is print a vendor’s name on this page before the connection exists — everything above is live today, and that is the standard the next row has to meet.
