About
Two facts most vendors bury: Lexboard is pre-launch, and one person builds it. Both are below, in plain words.
Lexboard is pre-launch. I would rather tell you that in the first sentence than have you find it in the footer.
Here is what pre-launch means, plainly. The software is real and running — the trial you can open today is the live product, not a preview build. What does not exist yet is a wall of customer logos, so you will not find one here. Most vendors wait to publish until the logos exist. I decided the honest page beats the impressive one.
“We” is also the wrong word, so I will not use it. Lexboard is one person. I designed and built everything this site describes — the phase board and its gates, the trust and operating ledgers, the deadline engine and its 6 jurisdiction packs, the document toolkit, the e-sign, the email and phone integrations, the audit trail — and I am the one who maintains it.
I understand if that gives a managing partner pause. It should. So here is the argument for it: when you buy software you are really buying a rate of repair — when something is wrong, how long until it is right. Nothing here waits on a committee, a quarterly roadmap, or a sales motion. The record of what one person ships, dated and public, goes back to the first commit in October 2025. That changelog is the only reference I can offer you, and I think it is a better one than a testimonial you cannot check.
The numbers on this site are counted, not rounded. 75 document templates. 73 starter phase tasks. 6 jurisdiction rule packs. Each figure is the production count on the day this page was written, and when a claim has no number behind it, it stays off the page.
The price is public: $150 per user per month, itemized on the pricing page, with the trial in front of it — 14 days, no card. There is no demo to book, because the trial is the demo. And if Lexboard ever stops being the right tool, your data leaves with you from the admin panel, not from a support queue.
Write to hello@lexboard.net with anything — a question, a migration, an objection. I am the one who answers.
Lexboard · signed August 2026 · pre-launch
Pricing in public.
$150 per user per month, on the website. No demo gate, no "contact for pricing," no enterprise tier that triples the bill. 2 view-only seats are included free.
Specifics over slogans.
73 starter phase tasks, not "robust workflow." 75 document templates, not "document automation." A claim without a number stays off the page.
The lawyer reviews before anything sends.
No auto-sent demand letters, no silently fired discovery. AI drafts; the attorney sends. The malpractice surface stays where it belongs.
Nothing is ever deleted.
Cases are never deleted. Removing a teammate retires their account and keeps every task, note, and assignment attributed. The audit trail is append-only — users cannot alter it.
Your data, exportable.
Full structured export — cases, ledgers, document records, the audit log — as one JSON file from the admin panel. If Lexboard stops being the right tool, you can leave in an afternoon.
